Job Description
Location: Gurugram (Haryana)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month (34.2 LPA approx., based on experience & skills)
Were looking for a reliable and hands-on Account Manager (Accountant) who can independently manage company accounts and ensure smooth financial operations. If youre strong with Zoho and understand Indian compliance inside-out, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Maintain books of accounts using Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and compliance coordination
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns
- Handle invoicing, payments, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly MIS reports & financial summaries
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting & tax regulations
- Track cash flow and support management with financial insights
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong working experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting (mandatory)
- Experience with similar accounting software is a plus
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, basic Income Tax & compliance
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
