Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to work directly with our co-founders on managing and growing worxogo's key accounts. This role involves understanding our SaaS product and the value delivered across diverse use cases with the objective of deepening client relationships and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise clients. KRA would include revenue growth at mapped accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, value-based presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Successfully close deals and execute sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Analytics, Communications, Engg) to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, ensuring alignment and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of consulting experience in Strategy & Change or Performance Improvement for large enterprise clients (experience in GCC/BPO sectors is advantageous).
  • Good understanding of business buyers and their motivations.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with experience delivering impactful presentations to large enterprises.
  • Track record of expanding revenues from existing accounts through consultative selling and communicating value effectively.
