Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for assigned accounts.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Coordinate with designers, motion graphics team, and strategy team.
• Ensure timely project delivery with quality control.
• Should have prior experience in team handling and driving team performance.
• Manage client feedback and revisions effectively.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and build strong relationships.
• Track project timelines and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of projects.

Required Skills

• Strong communication & client handling skills.
• Experience managing corporate/B2B clients.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of presentation design/creative workflow (preferred)
• Problem-solving mindset.
