About the Role
This is a full-time, internal corporate position with Horizontal Talent Staffing , based in our Bengaluru office . We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with 8+ years of experience in Contract Staffing (C2H) and Product Hiring .
The role requires strong ownership of enterprise accounts, strategic client partnerships, revenue growth, and leadership of delivery and recruiting teams to ensure high-quality staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow key enterprise accounts , driving revenue, profitability, and long-term client partnerships.
- Lead Contract Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagements with a strong focus on delivery excellence.
- Manage and expand Enterprise IT and Product Hiring portfolios.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business challenges and providing workforce solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage recruiting and delivery teams to meet SLAs and performance metrics.
- Drive new business and account expansion through strong relationships with existing stakeholders and identification of new opportunities.
- Oversee contract negotiations, billing rates, and commercials to ensure healthy gross margins.
- Work closely with internal leadership to forecast demand, plan hiring strategies, and support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and expectations effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Contract Staffing / C2H (mandatory).
- Proven track record in Account Management , Client Relationship Management , and Revenue Growth .
- Strong experience managing Enterprise IT clients and Product Hiring .
- Minimum 5+ years of client-facing experience with demonstrated team leadership and people management skills.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP environments is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in contract negotiations and rate management .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment technologies .
- Professional certifications (AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) are a plus.
