Job Description:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations.
  2. Strategic Planning: Understand client business goals and objectives to develop digital strategies in collaboration with the agencys creative and technical teams.
  3. Project Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all client projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
  4. Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  5. Internal Liaising: Working with the heads of internal department, to manage teams in delivering on time results/output in order to retain and grow all customer accounts, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members.
  6. Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback, monitor campaign performance, and generate performance reports to share with clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Problem Solving: Identify client issues and concerns, proactively address them, and work collaboratively with the agency team to find effective solutions.
  8. Business Development: Assist in identifying growth opportunities with existing clients and potentially participate in new business pitches.
  9. Billings: To manage account billings, spends tracking and collections


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience, in a digital marketing agency
  • Excellent understanding of Social Media marketing and paid marketing
  • Proven experience as a Client Servicing Manager or similar role, ideally in a digital agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and digital production processes.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Strong, dynamic & groomed personality
