Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior and seasoned Account Manager to manage one or two large, complex accounts with a focus on growth, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong experience in managing strategic accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in large-scale engagements and will be responsible for stakeholder management, opportunity pursuits, delivery oversight, and routine administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders based in Bengaluru and global customers (especially in Europe).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure trust and long term engagement.
• Drive account growth through proactive opportunity identification and pursuit.
• Oversee delivery performance, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage escalations and ensure smooth communication between delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Prepare and present account reviews, performance metrics, and growth plans.
• Handle routine administrative tasks related to account governance and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 13+ years of experience in account management within large, complex accounts.
• Proven ability to grow and sustain one or two strategic accounts rather than managing multiple operational accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with global customers, preferably in Europe.
• Familiarity with delivery governance and large-scale program management.
• Familiarity with multiple technologies
