Account Manager


Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage a key global account. The role involves driving strategic engagement, building strong executive relationships, and enabling growth through cross-selling across multiple service lines.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and strengthen engagement with multinational clients, ensuring strategic alignment and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and leadership teams.
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities across ERP (SAP), networking, infrastructure, and applications (SAP HANA).
  • Promote and sell end-to-end infrastructure solutions, ERP (SAP), automation, and emerging technologies including AI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive business services offered by a System Integrator (SI).
  • Ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence for projects executed from Chennai delivery center.
  • Travel to the UK once every quarter for client engagement and relationship building.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Proven track record in selling ERP (SAP), infrastructure, automation, and AI solutions.
  • Strong experience in cross-selling across multiple service lines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at CXO level.
  • Exposure to global client engagement and ability to work in a matrix organization.
