Haus of Chaos is looking for a design-driven operational leader who isproactive, takes initiative, and drives clarity and efficiency across every stage of a project. Someone who respects creative direction, communicates it effectively, and ensures flawless implementation while maintaining strong client relationships and team coordination.
Role Description
The Account Manager at Haus of Chaos plays a pivotal role in managing internal creative teams and driving end-to-end project execution. This role requires someone who aligns with a design background and who understands creative workflows. All design direction, critique, and conceptual input will be provided by theCreative Director the Account Managers responsibility is to ensure that this feedback is communicated efficiently and implemented accurately by the team.
We are looking for aproactive individual who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and drives momentum across projects without waiting for follow-ups.
Project & Team Management
- Lead and overseedaily workflowplanning for the design team, ensuring smooth execution across all live projects.
- Conduct internal meetings to align on deliverables, creative direction, timelines, and priorities.
- Translatethe Creative Director's feedbackinto clear action points and ensure timely and accurate implementation by the design team.
- Allocate tasks, track progress, and manage deadlines across design, production, and vendor functions.
- Monitor team attendance, holidays, leave schedules, and process adherence.
- Conduct weekly reviews of internal and client Drive folders, Trello Board, Notion and Slack channels for documentation accuracy, file hygiene, and naming conventions.
Client Management & Communication
- Act as the secondary point of contact for all onboarded clients, ensuring seamless communication and expectation alignment.
- Draft outreach emails, onboarding communication, client updates, and follow-ups.
- Prepare structured briefs, meeting notes, post-meeting summaries, team task briefs, pitch decks, and competition documentation.
- Maintain clarity, structure, and professionalism in all client-facing communication.
Production & Vendor Management
- Oversee production workflows for brand collateral, packaging, and experiential deliverables.
- Conduct print checks, material assessments, and QC reviews.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production partners for cost, quality, and timely delivery.
- Supervise production runs to ensure output matches creative direction and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum4+ yearsin a design agency, branding studio, or creative consultancy or parallel fields
- Must have adesign background either as a freelancer or as someone who has worked closely with design teams.
- Experience translating creative direction into actionable tasks and managing team implementation.
- Proven ability to oversee branding projects end-to-end.
- Vendor and production coordination experience preferred.
- Strong experience in project documentation, workflow structuring, and client communication.
