Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale a portfolio of publishers / affiliate partners, driving revenue, retention, and long-term growth
  • Act as the primary point of contact for publishers via email, Slack, and regular review calls
  • Track and analyze key performance and monetization metrics (revenue, eCPM, CTR, conversion rates, margins, traffic quality)
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and QBRs, highlighting trends and actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with product, tech, and ops teams to resolve integration, tracking, or delivery issues
  • Identify growth opportunities through traffic optimization, placement improvements, GEO expansion, and campaign mix changes
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned accounts with clear focus on performance outcomes and revenue targets


Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in Publisher Management, Affiliate Marketing, Account Management, or Performance Marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience managing publisher or affiliate portfolios
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and monetization metrics (CTR, CVR, eCPM, ROI, margins)
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into optimization actions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with tech, product, and operations teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven AdTech environment


Good to Have

  • Prior experience in AdTech, Affiliate Networks, DSPs, or Publisher Platforms
  • Exposure to international publishers, multiple GEOs, and traffic diversification
  • Familiarity with tracking, postbacks, SDK/API integrations, MMPs, or attribution tools
  • Experience contributing to growth strategy or product improvement discussions using performance data
