Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and support the growth of existing accounts. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of digital projects and a high-quality client experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to understand client business needs and align them with technology-driven solutions. The candidate should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced services environment, coordinating across teams, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Understand client goals, expectations, and business priorities.
- Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Project Coordination & Delivery Support
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and delivery teams to support smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and client dependencies.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, or blockers and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Help ensure alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.
Account Growth & Opportunity Identification
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling services.
- Support leadership in proposal preparation, solution discussions, and client presentations.
- Contribute to revenue growth through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
Client Communication & Reporting
- Conduct regular client check-ins, reviews, and status updates.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and project summaries for stakeholders.
- Maintain transparency in communication and ensure stakeholders are aligned on progress, priorities, and next steps.
AI & Productivity Enablement
- Use AI-assisted and productivity tools for client research, reporting, documentation, and proposal drafting.
- Support internal initiatives where AI, automation, or digital technologies can improve client solutions or delivery efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client relationship and stakeholder management
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and timelines
- Comfortable working in fast-paced client-facing environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in IT services, digital transformation, or product engineering companies
- Familiarity with digital technologies such as Web, Mobile, Cloud, and AI
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, Slack, and Zoho
- Awareness of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
