Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and support the growth of existing accounts. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of digital projects and a high-quality client experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to understand client business needs and align them with technology-driven solutions. The candidate should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced services environment, coordinating across teams, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Understand client goals, expectations, and business priorities.
  • Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery Support

    • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and delivery teams to support smooth project execution.
    • Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and client dependencies.
    • Proactively identify risks, issues, or blockers and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
    • Help ensure alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.
  • Account Growth & Opportunity Identification

    • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling services.
    • Support leadership in proposal preparation, solution discussions, and client presentations.
    • Contribute to revenue growth through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
  • Client Communication & Reporting

    • Conduct regular client check-ins, reviews, and status updates.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and project summaries for stakeholders.
    • Maintain transparency in communication and ensure stakeholders are aligned on progress, priorities, and next steps.
  • AI & Productivity Enablement

    • Use AI-assisted and productivity tools for client research, reporting, documentation, and proposal drafting.
    • Support internal initiatives where AI, automation, or digital technologies can improve client solutions or delivery efficiency.
  • Required Skills

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Client relationship and stakeholder management
    • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and timelines
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced client-facing environments
  • Preferred Skills

    • Experience working in IT services, digital transformation, or product engineering companies
    • Familiarity with digital technologies such as Web, Mobile, Cloud, and AI
    • Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, Slack, and Zoho
    • Awareness of AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
    • MBA is a plus
