Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and senior Account Manager for our recruitment services team. This role is suited for professionals who can not only bring in new clients but also ensure smooth delivery of the right candidates against client requirements.

Position: Account Manager Recruitment

Experience Required: 6+ years

Location: Noida, Sector 135

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services through networking and market outreach.
• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships.
• Understand client hiring requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the right candidates are submitted and closures are achieved.
• Negotiate commercials, close deals, and drive revenue growth from assigned accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with clients for feedback, requirement gathering, and service improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in both business development and account management within a recruitment or staffing agency.
• Proven track record of client acquisition as well as successful mandate delivery.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
• Target-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
