Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in our office at Hyderabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the allocated accounting works from our Dubai Office, effectively coordinating with Dubai field staff, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also involve managing client accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Experience in strategic planning, account management, and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Zoho, Quickbooks and Tally
- Previous experience in a Auditing firm or consulting or corporate client-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
