We are looking for Account Manager / Delivery Manager to join our India team immediately


TITLE: Account Manager / Delivery Manager - IT and technical Staffing/solutions ( INDIA )

LOCATION: Ahmedabad/Indore/Vadodara/Bangalore/Pune are preferred

Compensation: Good base + Incentives



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager / Delivery Manager with sales, Operations background to join our growing IT and technical staffing solutions team in India.

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible IT solutions and services tailored to their business needs.


NOTE

  • Experience with IT Services, staffing or consulting companies is MUST ***


RQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Account management and business development experience in Indian IT and Staffing industry
  • Experience working with large MNC and enterprise clients as well as IT services companies
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in Indian Staffing and IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing, Contracting, solutions, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients .
  • Understand clients' Technical and staffing needs and work closely with the technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewal of agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and solutions to offer expert advice to clients.
