LOCATION: Ahmedabad/Indore/Vadodara/Bangalore/Pune are preferred

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager / Delivery Manager with sales, Operations background to join our growing IT and technical staffing solutions team in India.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible IT solutions and services tailored to their business needs.
NOTE
- Experience with IT Services, staffing or consulting companies is MUST ***
RQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Account management and business development experience in Indian IT and Staffing industry
- Experience working with large MNC and enterprise clients as well as IT services companies
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in Indian Staffing and IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing, Contracting, solutions, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients .
- Understand clients' Technical and staffing needs and work closely with the technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely renewal of agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and solutions to offer expert advice to clients.
