Job Description
Preferred Functional Knowledge (Skills & Tools):
- Good communication and Writing skills. Should be able to connect with leadership of clients.
- Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to be proactive
- Convincing skill, Knowledge on Account management practices.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools like Custify, Hubspot or GainSight will have added advantage
Key Responsibility (Day to Day Activities):
- Identify prime targets for up-sell/cross-sell and engage Sales team to execute on those opportunities
- Identify the risk client proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate leading to reduction of client churn
- Frequent client reach outs, review Account health, Publish accounts dashboards.

Qualification and Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, HR transformation OR HCM implementation and customer management roles / HR consulting roles.
- Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred.
- Experience in Customer Success for HR Tech application is preferred.
