About You:

• Source and secure tenants for retail spaces.
• Negotiate lease terms and manage lease agreements.
• Conduct property tours and engage with potential tenants.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords and brokers.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure smooth leasing operations and assist in coordinating documentation and onboarding.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the retail leasing portfolio.
