Were looking for a Key Account Manager who can lead client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver measurable results while collaborating closely with our creative, strategy, and media teams.
Role Overview:As a Key Account Manager , youll be the bridge between clients and our internal teams. Youll oversee day-to-day communication, campaign execution, and strategic planning ensuring every brand partnership grows stronger and more profitable over time.
Key Responsibilities:Client Management & Strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities to develop impactful digital and creative strategies.
- Provide proactive solutions and recommendations to drive client success.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Manage projects end-to-end from briefing and execution to performance reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, design, strategy, and media teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain clear documentation of briefs, revisions, and approvals.
Upselling & Business Growth
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Present new ideas, services, and campaign extensions to enhance brand performance.
- Support business growth by deepening client partnerships and driving incremental revenue.
Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs, campaign metrics, and client satisfaction.
- Present monthly/quarterly reports with insights and growth recommendations.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- 35 years of experience in client servicing / account management in a digital or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media strategy, and campaign analytics.
- Proven experience in upselling / business expansion within existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
