Account Manager – Client Servicing (Digital)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager Client Servicing (Digital) based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. Daily tasks include coordinating between clients and internal teams, strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, and monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to improve outcomes. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations for updates and recommendations, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Experience with digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, and execution
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and campaign performance monitoring
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and online advertising
• Proven expertise in mainline and digital communication strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
