This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager & Strategist based in Pune.
The role focuses on managing and growing luxury hospitality accounts , including premium hotels and their F&B outlets. You will act as the primary bridge between clients and internal teams owning communication, strategy, execution quality, and long-term brand alignment.
You will be responsible for shaping both short-term campaign plans and long-term brand strategies , ensuring that every output aligns with the propertys positioning, service ethos, and business objectives. The role requires strong judgment, hospitality domain knowledge, and the ability to lead execution across design, content, digital, and external partners when required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for luxury hospitality clients.
- Own day-to-day communication, expectation setting, timelines, and approvals.
- Translate client feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal teams.
- Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and consistency.
- Develop short-term campaign strategies and long-term brand roadmaps for hospitality clients.
- Understand hotel positioning, F&B concepts, seasonal calendars, and business priorities.
- Identify opportunities for brand growth across digital, content, and experiential touchpoints.
- Ensure strategic intent is maintained from ideation to execution.
- Work closely with Studio, Content, and Development teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Oversee implementation across websites, social media, campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, photographers, or production partners when required.
- Maintain timelines, scope, and quality across all deliverables.
- Review all client-facing outputs for brand alignment, accuracy, and hospitality standards.
- Manage internal QA processes before client submission.
- Drive approvals efficiently while maintaining creative and strategic integrity.
- Proven experience working with luxury hospitality brands (hotels, premium F&B, fine dining, lifestyle hospitality).
- Experience on the brand side or agency side within hospitality marketing or communications.
- Strong understanding of hospitality branding, guest journeys, and service-driven communication .
- Ability to think strategically while managing detailed execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, content, digital, tech).
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Someone who understands that hospitality branding is about experience, nuance, and consistency .
