Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating and executing mobile marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of ad campaigns. The role includes monitoring campaign performance, addressing client inquiries, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve client goals and KPIs. Exceptional communication and problem-solving are essential as the Account Manager plays a critical role in customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service.
• Experience in Performance Marketing, Programmatic Marketing, and Digital Advertising.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking, Data Analysis, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams effectively.
• Knowledge of mobile advertising platforms, SDKs, APIs, and campaign optimization is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or account management roles.
