Job Description
The Account Manager plays a critical role in shaping our client relationships and driving long-term success. Acting as the primary point of contact, this individual will own one or more client accounts and serve as the trusted bridge between our clients and internal teams.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the Account Manager ensures clear communication, smooth execution, and alignment at every stage. This role requires the ability to stay calm under pressure, navigate fast-paced environments, and proactively manage client expectations with confidence and empathy.
With guidance and support from leadership, the Account Manager will build strong partnerships, resolve challenges efficiently, and contribute meaningfully to a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Act as the liaison between the client and departments within the Agency, ensure the brief is SPOT ON, put together the client presentation and execute overall project deliverables as per timelines.
- Project Management: Oversee briefing, project management, budget controls, and project traffic management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Account Development: Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain a favourable relationship with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management in the Event / advertising industry or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
