About the Role

The Account Manager will lead the sales strategy for designated markets, drive monthonmonth revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and build strong distributor networks. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to develop new business opportunities, and a proactive, customercentric approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall sales and margin performance for assigned markets; achieve monthly targets and YOY growth.
  • Grow and nurture key customer accounts across Home Care, Personal Care, and Plastics.
  • Conduct customer visits to promote, present, and recommend product solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities; follow up on leads and sample requests.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements in line with pricing, marketing, and business policies.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for 018 months.
  • Strengthen distributor and channel partner networks; conduct regular review meetings and portfolio training.
  • Manage receivables, DSO, and overdue collections effectively.
  • Support product launches by attending exhibitions and marketing events.
  • Collaborate with internal global and regional teams for project coordination and market intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (Science/Engineering/Business preferred).
  • 57 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in Home Care, Personal Care, or Plastics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven results in sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipmanagement skills.
  • Strategic, proactive, and resultsdriven mindset.
  • English proficiency is essential; knowledge of any European language is an advantage.
