Account Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial aspects of Aieraa Overseas Studies. You'll maintain accurate records of company accounts, expenses, and student financial reports, while coordinating with associates and the forex team to ensure timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage company accounts, expenses, and financial reports

- Coordinate with associates and track their financial payment records

- Follow up with the forex team for students' hostel and tuition fees processing

- Liaise with the Vietnam hostel manager to collect hostel fees from students

- Maintain records of students from admission to departure from India, including fee payments and refunds

- Provide daily updates to the MD on admissions, fee collections, forex payments, and expenses

- Coordinate with the auditor for GST compliance, financial reporting, and company accounting

- Maintain organized records of company financial documents, including all company documents and financial reports

- Handle audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Verify each student's payment details in bank accounts before approving it

- Maintain a proper record of all the bank accounts held by the company

- Prepare and submit salary reports to the Managing Director by the 4th of every month

- Credit salaries to employees in India and Vietnam on or before the 7th of every month

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of work experience in an educational field, preferably in accounts or finance

- Strong financial management and accounting skills

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

- Ability to work onsite, Monday to Saturday (10am-7pm)

- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
