Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

- Understand client objectives and deliver strategic advertising and event solutions.

- Act as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams.

- Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow agency revenue.

- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and campaign pitches.

- Coordinate with creative, production, digital, and event teams for seamless execution.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

- Ensure campaigns follow brand guidelines and meet quality standards.

- Stay updated with trends in advertising, digital media, and events.

- Provide proactive ideas to optimise client campaigns.

Requirements

- 12 years of experience in an advertising, media, or event management agency.

- Strong understanding of print, outdoor, digital marketing, and event execution.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work under pressure.

- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and passion for client servicing.
