Key Responsibilities:

Achieve renewal targets and drive customer retention.

Resolve support tickets on time with SLA adherence using Freshdesk.

Manage smooth onboarding and early product adoption.

Maintain Customer Satisfaction Score 90% through proactive customer engagement.

Monitor churn, manage account health, and execute retention strategies

What Were Looking For:

Experience in Retail / F&B / POS / SaaS / ERP sales.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
