About Role:
We are seeking an Account Manager to join the mCanvas team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives. This role demands a blend of project management, digital advertising know-how, and excellent client servicing skills.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Manage digital ad campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring flawless execution.
- Liaise with clients and agencies to finalize campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Present and explain creative concepts, taking feedback and driving approvals.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve results.
- Actively up-sell and cross-sell mCanvasproducts and solutions to existing clients.
- Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, design, tech, and analytics.
- Contribute ideas for product and process enhancements.
- Stay informed on digital media trends and innovations.
Required Skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in an account management or campaign execution role.
- Strong understanding of digital media, mobile advertising formats, and performance marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident negotiator with strong client-facing abilities.
- Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinker with a passionfor innovation and storytelling.
