About Role:


We are seeking an Account Manager to join the mCanvas team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives. This role demands a blend of project management, digital advertising know-how, and excellent client servicing skills.


Roles & Responsibility:


  • Manage digital ad campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Liaise with clients and agencies to finalize campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Present and explain creative concepts, taking feedback and driving approvals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve results.
  • Actively up-sell and cross-sell mCanvasproducts and solutions to existing clients.
  • Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, design, tech, and analytics.
  • Contribute ideas for product and process enhancements.
  • Stay informed on digital media trends and innovations.


Required Skills:


  • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in an account management or campaign execution role.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, mobile advertising formats, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident negotiator with strong client-facing abilities.
  • Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinker with a passionfor innovation and storytelling.
