Selection is one of the most critical element of Amazon flywheel and we obsess in building diverse product choices for our customers.
Expanding our selection offering is a key element of providing the best customer experience.
As Selection Success Manager you will be responsible for improving selection performance in EU marketplaces, collaborating with international and central teams to drive insights as well as implementing cross
- functional initiatives to drive success.
The role offers the opportunity to innovate and implement high impact projects with direct contribution to the business.
This role requires an strategic thinking with exceptional analysis skills, solving difficult business problems to drive impact at scale, and identfying innovative ways to use technology to tackle them.
You simultaneously dive deep into the Seller selection details, define high value action and set a broad strategic vision for execution and scale it while leading a team.
You obsess with data and possess ability to distinguish signal from noise and you create implementation roadmap.
As a lead, you will have high leadership visibility and will own, manage and improve processes to increase our selection, and thus improving our customer experience by offering all the items our customers want.
Key job responsibilities
* Own the selection funnel and use customer voice to identifying scalable initiatives to efficiently move selection from listing to first sale
* Collaborate with Stakeholders, central teams and business teams to identify and solve selection friction and build mechanism to bring relevant selection for customers
* create roadmap to recommend actionability to increase offer depth and breadth while ensuring their quality and availability
* Lead cross
- functional projects to drive selection success and build processes from zero to one.
* Lead a team of account managers and build a high performance team
* Own weekly selection tracking and monitoring sessions to ensure selection targets are met.
Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership to present results, challenges and take action to solve business problems

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master degree
- 5+ years of ecommerce and/or retail management experience in Seller/vendor management
- 3+ years of developing business strategies/plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
- Knowledge of advanced Excel and ability to do multi
- level deep dive
- 3+ year of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from Premier College
- 5+ years of Account Management experience
- 5+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences
