About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee strategic accounts and ensure successful delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience in managing senior-level client relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Drive account growth through mining and relationship building.
• Handle managed service engagements and ensure SLA adherence.
• Prepare proposals, estimations, and manage project financials.
• Oversee hiring for account-specific needs.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs).
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Strong understanding of one cloud technology (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in .NET or Java development environments.
• Fair understanding of payer or provider domain within healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills non-negotiable.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Should have good understanding of one of the cloud technologies along with .Net or Java
• Fair understanding of payer or provider
• Customer handling at Sr, directors or VP level
• Handling team of around 80 /100 people
• Experience in account management activities:
• Proposal writing and estimations
• Project Financial
• Hiring
• Account mining
• Some experience on handling managed service engagements
• Excellent in communication written and oral No compromise on this
