ROLE INTENT

The Account Lead is responsible for owning client relationships, driving execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

You act as the bridge between client ambition and creative delivery, ensuring clarity, quality, and momentum across every project, while working closely under the guidance of the Account Director.

This is a leadership-track role that requires ownership, judgement, and accountability.


YOUR GROWTH MILESTONES

In 3 Months Own Accounts

  • Take ownership of assigned clients and projects
  • Build trust with client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and approvals run smoothly


In 6 Months Drive Strategic Alignment

  • Lead client conversations independently
  • Anticipate client needs and guide planning proactively
  • Improve workflows and execution efficiency


In 12 Months Step into Strategic Ownership

  • Support the Account Director in strategic planning and account growth
  • Mentor Account Managers and junior team members
  • Play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships


WHAT YOULL DO

  • Own day-to-day client relationships and communication
  • Lead project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs
  • Coordinate across creative, content, design, and performance teams
  • Ensure delivery quality and operational clarity
  • Escalate risks and align solutions with the Account Director
  • Mentor and guide junior account team members
