As an Account Growth Executive , you will work on existing and new INK PPT client accounts and actively drive growth by identifying new stakeholders, new teams, and new opportunities within those accounts.
At INK PPT, farming means hunting inside the account - understanding the clients ecosystem, opening doors across functions, and expanding our footprint through value-led conversations.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to enterprise clients, ABM-style selling, and long-term account ownership.
- Own day-to-day relationships across assigned existing client accounts
- Identify and engage new stakeholders and decision-makers within accounts
- Proactively uncover new needs, initiatives, and communication gaps
- Support upsell and cross-sell across presentations, reports, branding, motion, and digital communication
- Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) thinking to plan and grow key accounts
- Assist with proposals, pricing discussions, and renewals
- Coordinate closely with internal design and delivery teams
- Ensure high client satisfaction and strong account health
- 25 years of experience in account management, client servicing, sales support, or B2B services
- Experience in creative agencies, consulting, SaaS, or design-led environments preferred
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable initiating conversations and asking the right questions
- Awareness of ABM or structured account planning concepts
- Organized, proactive, and growth-oriented
- You enjoy building depth within existing accounts
- Youre curious about client businesses beyond the brief
- Youre comfortable reaching out to new stakeholders in the same organization
- You prefer consultative, value-led selling over transactional sales
