About the Role
We are looking for a full-cycle AE - Partner Acquisition who can own revenue end to end. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is comfortable generating demand, shaping solutions and pricing, converting inbound opportunities, structuring deals, growing accounts over time, and closing revenue with minimal handoffs.
You will work closely with solutions and engineering teams to sell a mix of products and custom HubSpot migration and integration projects, while building long-term client and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
- Own the complete sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal
- Sell a mix of products and custom implementation / integration solutions
- Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
- Drive deals to closure with minimal handoffs
Demand Generation
- Own end-to-end demand generation across inbound and outbound channels
Source and convert opportunities through:
- Direct outreach
- Partner-led referrals
- Inbound interest
- Expansion within existing accounts
- Execute in a hands-on role with full ownership of pipeline creation and conversion
Solutioning & Deal Structuring
- Participate in solutioning calls with solutions and engineering teams
- Translate client requirements into high-level solution approaches
Frame:
- High-level scope
- SOW outlines
- Commercial structure and pricing
Detailed scoping support will be provided, while you retain commercial ownership of the deal.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Identify follow-on, expansion, and upsell opportunities
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery
Desired Qualities
- 35 years of experience in US sales
- Proven experience selling to US-based clients
- Comfortable owning deals end to end with minimal handoffs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience selling technical, services-led, or integration-heavy solutions (preferred)
- Exposure to HubSpot, RevOps, CRM, or SaaS + services sales
- Comfortable working closely with solutions and engineering teams
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability
