Were looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and elevate our clients digital presence to the next level.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Account Executive located in Mumbai. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day social media tasks, implementing content strategy, optimizing social media presence, and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Communication skills
• Experience in Content Strategy and Ideation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
• Have worked with multiple brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities:

Manage social media strategy and execution across platforms Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and more.

• Build monthly content calendars and campaign strategies tailored to client goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams creative, copy, video to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform insights to drive engagement and reach.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Work alongside paid media teams to align organic and paid campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a digital or advertising agency.

• Strong portfolio of social media campaigns, content strategies, and engagement results.
• Deep understanding of social media tools, analytics, and content formats (especially reels and short-form video).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus if you:

Have experience with lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brands.

• Are familiar with influencer marketing and performance content.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms and emerging trends.
