Your Impact

As an Account Manager - Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cisco's future by managing relationships with leading conglomerates and IT services organizations in the region. This role is exciting because it offers the opportunity to drive growth and enhance Cisco's market presence through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities.

  • As an Account Executive you will be part of an account team that handles Cisco's relationship with one of the India's largest conglomerates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and grow all revenue streams from the account.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with client executives and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a 1-3 year strategic account plan aligned with the client's long-term goals.
  • Identify and pursue transformational business opportunities to increase Cisco's wallet share.
  • Provide comprehensive business reporting and forecast management using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Lead efforts to develop an innovation strategy with customers, focusing on cost savings and competitive advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of selling to enterprise accounts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cisco products, services, and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across geographies and virtual teams.
  • Experience in developing strategic business plans.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
