Account Executive

Position Overview:

The Account Executive has to ensure timely payments and manage recovery of outstanding dues. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and financial follow-up capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Post-Sales Coordination:

Preparing cost sheets and explaining payment schedules.

Assist customers in completing KYC and loan-related documentation.

2. Recovery & Collections:

Deposit cheques.

Prepare monthly recovery sheets and reports.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow-up with customers via calls, emails, and messages.

Prepare and share payment reminders, demand letters, and overdue notices.

Track construction-linked payment milestones and send timely payment reminders.

Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to reconcile payment records.

Work with banks/NBFCs to ensure loan sanctions and disbursements are done on time.

Assist in implementing recovery strategies for long-overdue accounts.
