Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This role involves maintaining accurate ledgers, analyzing financial data, and supporting budgeting, audits, and tax preparation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting activities.
• Monitor and control company expenses and budgets.
• Support internal and external audit processes with required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of journal entries.
• Assist in forecasting and financial planning.
• Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
• Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and regulatory authorities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
• Proven experience (6 months 1 years) as an Accountant or Finance Executive.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP , QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
