Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks

Handle bank reconciliations, AR/AP, journal entries, and general ledger adjustments

Work efficiently on QuickBooks or similar US accounting software

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting

Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end closing

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Excellent communication, review, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage client communicationsconfidently.
