Job Title: Account Coordinator (US Staffing)

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 4 PM 1 AM IST

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Account Coordinator with experience in US IT Staffing who will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment, effective communication, and a smooth coordination process. This role is ideal for US IT Recruiters who want to transition into an account-facing position involving client engagement, reporting, and delivery alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily between US clients, recruiting teams, and delivery managers
• Track job requirements, submissions, interviews, and closures
• Maintain ATS/CRM records, dashboards, and client trackers
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on delivery and fulfillment status
• Handle client communications, follow-ups, and status updates
• Support Account Managers in renewals, onboarding, and documentation
• Manage candidate documentation, compliance, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations
• Escalate roadblocks or delivery challenges proactively
• Assist with invoicing, PO tracking, and timesheet confirmations (if applicable)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 36 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in US time zone
• Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools (e.g., CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.)
• Strong follow-up, documentation, and reporting capabilities
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, HR, Finance, Onboarding)
• Understanding of staffing lifecycle: requirement sourcing screening submission selection onboarding
