Account Executive

Role: Record To Report

Experience: Minimum 1+years

Work mode - Work from office (5 Days)

Shift- Flexible with all shifts.

Notice period: Immediate joiner - 30 Days

Salary: upto 11.5 LPA

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end Record to Report activities
• Perform month-end close, journal entries & accruals
• Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports as per SLA timelines
• Support internal & external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Work on ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Coordinate with onshore/stakeholders for closures

Requirements:

• Commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com)
• 3+ years of core RTR experience
• Strong accounting & reconciliation knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
