Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Bengaluru. As an Account Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to address financial queries, assisting in tax preparation and filing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will play a key part in enhancing operational efficiency and providing actionable insights to support business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounting & bookkeeping
• Bank and ledger reconciliations
• GST & TDS compliance support
• Vendor & customer account management
• MIS reporting and audit support
• Documentation and coordination with internal teams / consultants

Qualification

• B.Com with 23 years of experience, OR
• CA Inter / CA Finalist with 02 years of experience

Skills Required

• Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and journal entries
• Understanding of taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance-related processes
• Strong skills in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations
• Ability to interpret financial data and prepare reports with accuracy
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks and processes
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA (Inter) qualification is a plus
• Prior experience in a professional services or accounting firm is an advantage
