Senior Accountant:

Job Description: -

Title: Sr. Accounts Executive Location - Andheri East

Salary- 25,000 to 27,000

Location- Andheri, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Professional with strong knowledge of statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of CA experience and demonstrate leadership qualities to manage processes and guide the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, PT, Income Tax, etc.). Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting tasks. Suggest process improvements for financial operations.

Requirements

• Experience in a CA Firm with 1.5 to 2 years
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory laws, and compliance. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems). Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
