Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the companys financial records, statutory compliances, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and government filings.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all financial records are updated on time.
-Handle export documentation including invoices, shipping bills, and bank-related documentation.
-Prepare and file GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
-Process and manage monthly salary calculations and payroll-related compliance.
-Generate MIS reports to support management with accurate financial insights.
-Reconcile accounts, manage payables and receivables, and assist in periodic audits.
-(Optional) Manage and maintain accounting data using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and reporting.
-Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho / Excel and accounting principles.
-Familiarity with GST, TDS, and payroll compliances.
-Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience in export-related documentation and processes.
-Working knowledge of Zoho Books or other cloud-based accounting tools.
