Job Description
Wiser helps Shopify brands increase their AOV and sales through AI-powered recommendations and upsell tools across the customer journey including product pages, checkout, cart drawer, post-purchase, and thank-you page.
We are hiring an Account Executive to convert qualified leads into paying customers, especially for our Enterprise plan, by demonstrating ROI and business value.
- Conduct demo calls with qualified Shopify brands
- Understand merchant challenges related to AOV and conversions
- Position Wiser as a revenue growth solution
- Convert trial users into paying enterprise customers
- Explain ROI of upsell and cross-sell features
- Manage deal pipeline from demo to close
- Address pricing objections using value-based selling
- Collaborate with Customer Success team post-sale
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- 25 years experience in SaaS sales
- Experience selling to e-commerce / Shopify brands preferred
- Strong demo and objection handling skills
- Experience closing recurring subscription deals
- Ability to explain ROI to non-technical users
- Familiar with CRM tools
