About Wiser


Wiser helps Shopify brands increase their AOV and sales through AI-powered recommendations and upsell tools across the customer journey including product pages, checkout, cart drawer, post-purchase, and thank-you page.

We are hiring an Account Executive to convert qualified leads into paying customers, especially for our Enterprise plan, by demonstrating ROI and business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct demo calls with qualified Shopify brands
  • Understand merchant challenges related to AOV and conversions
  • Position Wiser as a revenue growth solution
  • Convert trial users into paying enterprise customers
  • Explain ROI of upsell and cross-sell features
  • Manage deal pipeline from demo to close
  • Address pricing objections using value-based selling
  • Collaborate with Customer Success team post-sale
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets
Requirements
  • 25 years experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience selling to e-commerce / Shopify brands preferred
  • Strong demo and objection handling skills
  • Experience closing recurring subscription deals
  • Ability to explain ROI to non-technical users
  • Familiar with CRM tools
