Quash is a QA devtool for mobile teams. We're building a mobile test agent that helps teams test apps using natural language. The product is opinionated, technical, and built closely with developers and QA teams.

We're an early-stage team obsessed with two things: our users and AI. We ship fast, iterate constantly, and build in close partnership with mobile development teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating demand, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals by guiding customers through the end-to-end sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting : Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to build a strong pipeline.
• Demand Generation : Create and execute strategies to generate interest and awareness around our product/service offerings.
• Conduct Demos : Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's needs and pain points.
• End-to-End Sales : Lead customers through the entire sales cycle from first contact to deal closure ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
• Deal Management : Track and manage all active deals in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
• Develop Business Opportunities : Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into revenue.

Requirements

12 years of experience in sales or a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deals simultaneously. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Good to Have

• Prior exposure to or experience in QA testing, software testing tools, or the software development lifecycle. Familiarity with QA concepts such as test automation, bug tracking, or mobile app testing is a strong advantage. Ability to speak the language of engineering and QA teams when conducting demos or discovery calls.
