About the Role

Were looking for a B2B Sales Professional who thrives on ownership and results. Youll be responsible for driving end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure for Prosperr.ios flagship products: Employee Benefits and Dynamic Payroll .

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 4+ years of overall B2B sales experience
• At least 1 year as an SDR with a focus on prospecting and pipeline generation
• Proven track record in end-to-end sales and achieving revenue targets
• Bonus: Experience selling to CFOs or CHROs

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Identify and engage leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach
• Discovery & Demos: Understand customer pain points and conduct tailored product walkthroughs
• Negotiation: Address objections, structure deals, and align stakeholders
• Closures: Own revenue targets and ensure deals are successfully closed
• Target ICP: CFOs and CHROs across India
