Position - Account Executive

Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience - 1-3 Years

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage accounting databases, books of accounts, and financial records
• Handle day-to-day banking transactions, including payments, receipts, and fund transfers
• Perform bank reconciliation statements on a regular basis
• Coordinate internally with teams and employees for financial and accounting matters
• Assist in payroll processing, salary calculations, and related statutory deductions
• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records and vouchers
• Assist in GST workings, returns filing, E-invoicing, and reconciliation
• Handle TDS calculations, returns filing, challans, and compliance as per statutory timelines
• Support in various statutory and regulatory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Conduct market research on new finance tools, accounting practices, and changes in laws and regulations
• Coordinate and visit the Chartered Accountants office for audits, filings, and compliance matters
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports as required
• Support seniors/superiors in miscellaneous accounting and finance-related activities
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are audit-ready
• Assist during internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Technical Required Skills

• Adaptable and flexible enough to learn different methods of Company Accounting as well as Proprietorship account.
• Preparation of about Direct & Indirect Taxation, its working files and methods
• Understanding of how crucial and important accounting information is for any organization
• Good understanding of Tally
