Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the companys accounting and statutory compliance activities. The role involves handling GST filings, TDS reconciliation, financial reporting , and day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliation, and timely filing of TDS returns
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation)
• Perform GST reconciliation between books, returns, and government portals
• Maintain accurate books of accounts , including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers
• Manage accounts payable and receivable , including invoicing and follow-ups
• Reconcile bank statements , vendor accounts, and customer accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in finalization of accounts , audits, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and tax consultants
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable financial regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and records for financial and statutory purposes
• Support management with financial data, MIS reports, and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS provisions, and Income Tax compliance
• Experience in GST filing, TDS returns, and reconciliation
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• CA-Inter / CMA-Inter candidates or experienced graduates preferred

Experience

• 24 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or finance roles
