Role Description

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

* Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally with accuracy and consistency

* Prepare and generate sales invoices, billing, and maintain proper documentation

* Handle GST entries, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely compliance with regulations

* Calculate and manage TDS deductions as per applicable norms

* Reconcile invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up when required

* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping practices

* Prepare MIS reports and ensure efficient data management using Advanced Excel

* Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and proper record maintenance

* Possess strong knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel for daily operations

* Have hands-on experience in GST and TDS processes and compliance

* Demonstrate a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices

* Exhibit high attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions

* Ability to manage large data sets and generate meaningful reports
