We are looking for adetail-oriented and experienced Accountantto join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge ofIndian accounting, GST compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Software

• Experience with accounting software such asTally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
• Handlingjournal entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing

2. GST Compliance

• Filing and reconciliation ofGSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-2B
• Preparation and filing ofGSTR-9 Annual Returns
• HandlingExport of Services, includingLUT filings and foreign invoicing

3. Accounts Receivable

• Client invoicing
• Payment follow-ups
• Preparation and monitoring ofaccounts receivable ageing reports

4. Accounts Payable

• Vendor invoice verification
• Expense booking and reimbursements
• Processingvendor payments

5. TDS & Professional Tax Compliance

• TDS calculation and deduction
• FilingTDS returns (Form 26Q)
• Reconciliation withForm 26AS
• PTRC return filing

6. Reconciliation & Books Maintenance

• Bank reconciliation
• Ledger reconciliation
• Maintaining accurate accounting records

7. Financial Reporting

• Preparation ofTrial Balance
• Profit & Loss statements
• Balance Sheet

8. Audit Support

• Coordination withCA / statutory auditors
• Providing documentation and audit schedules

9. Excel & Reporting

• Strong knowledge ofExcel
• Ability to usePivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Data reconciliation and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
• M.Com or Semi-Qualified CA / ACCA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 14 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Should know how to use Tally and Zoho Books.
