Role Description

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling GST compliance, and coordinating with branch offices to resolve accounting-related issues. This is a Work From Office (WFO) role from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

*Maintain books of accounts using Tally (mandatory).

*Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within statutory timelines.

*Handle daily banking activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.

*Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.

*Maintain and manage the invoice wallet, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.

*Conduct daily branch monitoring to track financial transactions and compliance.

*Identify, resolve, and revoke issues from branch offices, and escalate unresolved concerns to the relevant department.

*Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

*Coordinate with internal teams for audits and financial reporting support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST regulations.

*Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or finance roles preferred.

*Hands-on experience with Tally software.

*Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Ability to manage multiple branches and handle escalations effectively.

*Strong communication and coordination skills.

*High attention to detail and accuracy.

*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is mandatory

*MBA in Finance is preferred

*Relevant work experience of 2+ years in client account management or financial analysis
