Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicatedAccounts Executive to join our finance team and play a vital role in supporting the companys financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our continued growth while advancing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, reconciliations, and other accounting transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data and reports.
• Assist with tax filings, statutory compliance, and financial audits as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A detail-oriented professional with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and familiar with MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Excellent communication skills, including clarity, professionalism, and strong command of English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Organized, methodical, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Eager to learn and grow within a structured finance team.
